Guys please i need your advice:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 26, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 28, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on February 5, 2022.
4. Approval in PPRINCIPLE( AIP) sent through email July 4, 2022
5. We sent you medical instructions on July 9, 2022. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
6. Medical results have been received. August 4.2022
7. Documents and submission received August 11,2022

Guys please what's going on? , no news from IRCC since they updated documents received on August 11, 2022

Having a JR in process doesn't stop the processing of H&C.

You are NOT correct. JR puts H&C on automatic pause. The H&C file will only continue processing after JR decisions.

I will say this is just an assumption and not a fact. These files are sorted & treated on a case by case basis and basically not a size fits all approach.

The only time your H&C is hold is when you have a case at the RAD or maybe you did not qualify for the exemption regarding the legislation to apply for H&C.

If that's the case, your file will be held not only until J R is concluded but after 1 year of JR completion.
