Just email them to the same email i gave you. They will receive it more quickly that way.

Make two docs, First should be doc file where you will write a short letter explaining about your application refused and that you’re submitting more evidence for you to consider.

Another file attach all evidences and make sure its in PDF format.
In subject line of email put your H&C application no - Reconsideration. and send it them you will have your answer within 14-21 days!
