Hi everyone i wish to find out if you can be landed without a valid passport under humanitarian and compassionate grounds

I think you can ask for an exemption if you can't get a new passport
Can you share your timeline please ?

Not copr yet. In a few days they will send you another email to upload your picture and confirm residency on the portal. After another few days, you will get another email that you can now download copr from portal.

Do you have email contact in the office that delivered your work permit? You can also send webform to correct details, but that may take up to month to get response.

ECAS never worked for us. Application Never showed up. In very rare cases, they cannnot create online account for you. For example, if you already applied for PR via another route before, they cannot link your HC to the same UCI. You can send webform but no guarantee they will fix it.

By phone. Automatic line will work for you. You call the call centre but press prompts for self-service options 1-888-242-2100
