We had deportation order and I still refused to file JR. CBSA gave administrative deferral until AIP. I was fed up with $$$$$$ poured into lawyers.

@Katayoon what does this mean my application is now IN PROCESS again in eCas, couple of days ago its DECISION MADE, also I called IRCC automatic its says “We are reviewing weather you meet the eligibility requirements”

If you did not ask reconsideration this is tech glitch. Our file got refused in July 2020 and was showing in process until March 2021

I did applied for reconsideration and address all errors of the Officer, I also submitted updated and neely supporting documents to challenge the decision of the Immigration Officer.

The officer open your file so he’s going to process again and make a decision, in 1 to 3 months , did you apply for JR?
