As far as I know couple days ago Canada ban foreigners from buying houses, this is for at least 2 years

Thats for the only people who aren’t living inside canada. You can buy a house our here if you are inside.

hi everyone, still old question. I mailed the HC based PR application to IRCC end Feb. It is April now and I haven't gotten their acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) of my document. Should I be worry based on your experience? Will they send the AOR under an email form or will they send you a regular mail? I don't expect the application to get processed right away, I just want an AOR to make sure they acknowledge our application

Yes you can, students, foreign workers or foreign citizens who are permanent residents of Canada are exempt

Yes. it says submitted. I got Biometric done with UCI. I also updated through WEB and got "document received reply". I also think online applications are not included in ecas.

I agreed about the ecas thing for online applicant, and that sucks badly! I have a valid Biometrics, so i don't have to do 1 and already have a UCI as well. But no further communication since AOR. Status says submitted but I think the phone application status check works. It gives you the most recent activity on your application.

My question is do I get more info/ update on GCMS

My appeal is not strong enough i know because my lawyer didn’t do any effort to make it strong. Thats why i am thinking to apply H&C asap and i am collecting some papers like volunteer, buying property etc .

you can make your H&c stronge
You already have child and you been here 4 years I’m guessing

if you’re Rad get approval that you are H&c will get withdraw automatically if your Rad it refused your H&c go right away in process then you need to wait for long process

It’s not hundred percent guarantee gonna get approval but worth of try because H&c are like a lottery
I seen single guys got approved and I saw people with kids refused

And it’s also about your luck too

Hi ayanna yesterday i called ircc they said background criminality in process your eligblity passed just criminality in process rest everything done cv resume already submitted let's see whats come out

criminality and security don’t take that much longer it takes a few months

they will email to you but takes up to 90 days
Just be patient

yes gcms Note very important you’ll find a lot of details on it
it did works for me it’s speed up my process but everybody’s different
It’s your choice your decision if I was in your shoes I will order one

Can I apply for the notes even if my application is in process. No AIP yet. Also what if my lawyer already got one. Is this may affect my application
