Hi guys if I apply federal appeal in January and now I am going to apply for H&C also and if my federal refuses me in that case are CBSA call me for interview if yes what I have to do to save from deportation.

Long time ago if anyone exhausted all his/her option then they come after them they said 2022 will be the massive deportation year

if cbsa call you for interview you need to attend the interview cbsa not gonna deport you right away

You can only provide new versions of previously submitted documents if we request it.

If you do not send the requested document by the deadline, the status will change to "Overdue" and you will not be able to submit the document. We will review your application without the requested document.

After attaching your document, choose the "Next" button and follow the instructions to submit your document.

So I tried the IRCC phone number to check on my application status today. It says application is proccessing and they are currently doing a background check. Is this a usual or generic response for everyone? Thanks

It’s automatic voice they telling everybody even work permit temporary residency citizenship and Permanent residency
