my appeal factor are like below.
1. I have been here Canada since 2008 with workpermit. Quiet long time.
2. And I have 2 Canadian children, they are almost 10 and 12 years old. Best interest is children concern. They grew up in Canada only and never experienced any other culture or country even my country.
3. Also my job noccode never meet any other immigration program like a express entry.

I’d like to share my timeline and experience. Hopefully it may helpful someone to predict their case.

2020 feb 24 application received
2020 July Biometric done
2020 Nov 24 Start in processing
2021 Feb 22 Aip and documents requested
(At this time my file transferred to Niagara bro)

2021 March 6 Medical request
2021 March 8 Sent request document
2021 march 26 medical done
2021 April Medical received
2021 Aril 16 Additional document requested
2021 April 19 Sent requested document

It’s my timeline so far.
And I want to share why I got ask twice for additional document.
I made mistake.
because when I wrote personal history, I made gap of time. So they asked me new application without no gap of time.
Also when they ask Marriage certificate, I sent family relationship certificate because I already sent it first time.
But they asked marriage certificate correct one again.
If somebody prepare application please double check if you are put correct information or documents. Whatever they ask or how many time they ask, you just follow their ask. It will be shorten processing time.
I already waste time ^^
God’s good will lead you everybody!

Recent letter of employment, a recent paystub. You must provide evidence that you are not in receipt of welfare benefits or social assistance.
Copy of passport. Relationship documents eg, marriage certificates, proof of payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee
Police certificates.
Other documents like children birth certificates .... but we already sent most.
Medical will be sent

Recent employment letter, a recent pay stub. My lawyer included our bank account. They did not request for bank account but my lawyer put it as a further proof of income.
