i just dont understand why my law firm said that i'm on implied status after sending my TRP application i got a refusal of my application extension and they send me a confirmation of departure IMM 5021E( ITS NOT A REMOVAL ORDER) with their bad decision after that i applied for TRP and now i'm on implied status according to my lawyer and also IRCC when i spoke with them. i tried to reduce my anxiety but unfortunately my anxiety increased : (

Listen to me some of these lawyer don't know anything they just need your money. I was once involved with one he told me all kind of things come to find out it didn't go like how he said. If you have a good lawyer it can work out for you.

If yes I got one like that already.

i'm visitor and i tried to get work permit so i used the application to change the condition of my status

It was just a paper with my picture on that I should leave the country by this date but my did told me not to worry about this from 20016 but now I got my h&c approved.

If you for applying TRP that means you are out of status? the only way you can have implied status is if you are renewing your TRP.
