the same officer has my PRRA and my h&c he says both cases are strong he will talk to his senior officer then he will let us know which one is on the table of discussion but it’s likely gona be h&c . It might be in December or next year in January

Hi guys,
After getting PR are we able to visit our country for a month. Or it can be problem when I will come back. My H&C was based on establishment in Canada. Just curious if I can ever visit my family.

when you got your PR for h&c grounds you can visit your country without any problem but if you get PR because you are a protected person ( you application for assylum was approved) you can have in this case some problems if you visit your country
