This may point to some reforms. This is a relatively fast refusal. Was this a 1st application? Any other background about immigration history?

Nothing else on immigration history. seems like 1st application and applicant placed on removal order.

This is what actually makes sense to me. First thing should be to check if they are eligible before any other stages. If not, they don’t have to wait 20 months.

Yes it makes sense but what IRCC defines as a case that has grounds to be considered is where it gets complicated.

Was primarily visitors. And they compared it to 2022/23 when IRCC lost it’s mind and started approving TRVs in bulk or with minimal concern about true intention.

Hi Guys need advice
applied for refugee got rejected then applied for H&C in Aug 2023 till now waiting just saying when call IRCC its saying background processing automated answer.
i didn't applied PRRA yet and CBSA also not given me to apply for PRRA.
Applied recently for my work permit renewal by my self no lawyer and they refused by saying below paragraph.
i called my lawyer today lawyer said not to worry wait for H&C.
guys i am going to CBSA for reporting every month but they don't mention anything last month about removal.
what should i do wait or i should apply again work permit.
if someone face same problem so guide me appreciated
