Yes I applied for JR, but before leave Is granted they offer settle the case, however in the letter sent by DOJ lawyer it doesn’t say different officer or new CPC.

what is the exact wording of the decision.

Probably they ran your parents biometrics against a database(probably criminal)or something and haven't found any matched records which is good…

oh I thought that was done at Security stage or criminality stage... it’s confusing how they are processing these stages but thanks for responding.

I think it’s not a decision rather than an offer to solve litigation before proceeding to the court.
This is what I got : upon notice of discontinuance being filed at the federal court the minister will undertake following terms:
1-the decision dated October xx, 2024is to be set aside
2- Application sent back to CPC for redetermination
3- Applicant grant an opportunity to submit additional/new documents

you have to register for gckey login, once logged in select what you are trying to do… work, visit, etc… and answer questions.. it will take you directly to the form and all required docs.

Thank you, I’m trying to fill it within my account but it keeps pulling up the wrong form. I use to have an immigration agency fill it for me before but now I’m trying to do it myself not getting the right form.

try typing “How to extended work permit in Canada step by step” in youtube. There are videos step by step that guide you.

I have seen this thread in the past, this is for TRV. Like study, and work permits visitor visas too.
But my case is Humanitarian and compassionate ground

Your application is being sent back to be reviewed by another officer. It also allows you to add more information if you want which is not always the case. Chances of approval/refusal depend on why you got this JR outcome.

But on the letter i have received they didn’t mention reviewed by different officer.
Do you know someone got refused even after settlement offer? Or what is likelihood of chance to refusal?

I applied at the same time for work permit and H&C 21 months ago and after 21 months processing they send me interim work authorization I don't know if is related with AIP is about to get approved I just have to wait to see for which side this application is going wait wait wait wait this wait kill people if your mentally is not to strong we are done
