I mean. If I get AIP, can I go to another country in Europe other than my own? If I do, will they let me back into Canada?
AIP means that you meet the permanent residence eligibility requirements, but. you still have to pass the medical, security and background checks for you.

Should I apply myself or should I definitely work with a lawyer? I think we need to get letters from our workplaces, teachers and neighbors. How many people do we need letters from on average? Do I need to get letters from the places where I volunteer?

No, you generally cannot travel with only an "Approval in Principle" (AIP) as it only indicates initial eligibility and you still need to complete further steps.

Looking at your previous posts it appears that you haven’t applied for H&C. Would suggest you do some research. Yes you may want to hire a lawyer.

You can but shouldn't.

You want to remain in Canada or the chances of the H&C application being approved will drop dramatically. And yes, you may have issues re-entering Canada.

What kind of "issues" do you mean? I traveled a lot before and after AIP

TRV being canceled or unable to renew a TRV.

If you were able to travel a lot before and after AIP, that is great. I'm not sure that is the typical experience.

I need some advice plz. I applied work permit October yesterday I got rejected.reason was “your on removal order has been made which is enforceable.” I’m still waiting h&c and didn’t apply prra yet. Do work permit have reconsideration or should I apply it again new one. Also this is not my first extension. I did 2 more but got approved both the last two years.

H&C does not prevent removal.

I know. But my question is how to get the work permit till they start the deportation. They didn’t give me ticket or prra. So I need work permit to work to pay bills & afford my lawyer.
You can apply for refugee same time with H&C.
Having refugee claim paper, apply for benefits, subsidized housing etc
