Hi...I just called ircc today to check things out...
Medical: Passed
Elegebilit: Passed
Background: in process

I sent the requested documents on August 2, ....No portal 1 yet.
Anyone on the same situation?

My time line so far-
Aip on Aug 21
Docs submitted Sep 24 ( was waiting on pcc)
Oct 16 medical
Oct 28 - confirmation email received “kindly on file” for documents that was sent on Sep 24
Oct 30 address request
Nov 20 address received confirmation email from them

I also called IRCC last monday Nov 18 they said everything (medical - eligibility - info sharing -security) passed except criminality which is in process

Heyy man before you make another application it’s good to apply to IRCC to know the reason for refusal so you can address those reasons in your next application 4 Canadian children and hardship should make a good case in my opinion wishing you all the best

Hello guys , pls how long does it take to receive portal 2 email? To day makes it 20days that i replied portal 1 email . Pls guys am worried , do I resend the portal one email again or is there any acknowledgement when they receive the reply to portal 1 email because i got nothing when I sent it.

You really need to calm down pls, you’re worrying over nothing, you receiving email from the portal mean your PR application has been approved and your confirmation of PR has begun, there’s absolutely nothing to worry about, be at peace with yourself please

If you resend anything your application will take longer so pls just relax

I would resend it...I see no harm by send it again.
My lawyer will receive the email 1 and forward to me... I'll provide him my information and request him to reply to ircc (email1)...and also, I will respond the ircc (email 1) using my personal email just in case.

Pls do not do this IRCC specifically says don’t resend, you will only prolong your application if you do this, you need to reply to portal email yourself
