About a week now. at first it was in process so i sent an email to the stage 1 approval officer, stating we have submitted all the stage 2 requirements for processing.
2 days after i saw that application state shows decision made. so i opted to call and verify with Ircc and i was told everything has passed.
I hope i get the portal email next week though.
Yes you can, you are a permanent resident because you had h&c arguments and not because you are a protected person so don't worry.
