Need to go to the CBSA office that seized it with your COPR and they will return it

I got AIP in October.
I was lucky to get through to an agent twice to check my status and asked if medical form was sent.

I also requested for GCMs notes back in April but was just processed yesterday, so I was able to see what was passed and what's left on the processing.

You can request for GCMS note via ATIP.

Hi guys, my H and C stage 2 changed to DECISION MADE ON ECAS TODAY, January 20, 2021. What does that mean please ? I have not received any email yet from IRCC. @Keyshia, share your experience.

Ladies and gentlemen,

It is me once again. I posted in this forum around September 2022 that my AIP was approved.

I am pleased to confirm with y'all once gain that the stage 2 of my application was approved few min ago.

IRCC sent me an email few min ago to confirm that I am now officially a PERMANENT RESIDENT of Canada .

Right now, am at work.So, I can't post much. After work, I will give y'all a well detailed information and also share some information that will help those who are still working on their application.

Lastly, I will like to give a shout to all those who have guided me throughout the process of my application. I am forever grateful.

Now, I can say the battle is finally over !

Hello @Taweda First application was done without me seeing the arguments by my first lawyer and only saw everything after he submitted and I came to this forum and learnt and was educated and I know my story better and when I approached my second lawyer we sat together and did it.

See the time line for my first refusal for my H&C

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 2, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 4, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on December 8, 2020
4. Decision Made April 8 2021

Because the officer who contacted me for biométrie lives in Toronto
