I am not sure…I got denied first then my second application, AIP after 9months. It can take anywhere from 6-18months

Yeah i also applied second time. They return back first time, now its been year thats why i am asking

Returning application back is different from refusal. If they returned it back due to missing docs, for example, it means they had not started processing it. So your current application becomes technically your first and will take as long as a first application.

yup lawyer applied my h& c application he told me your file returned he didnot tell me it is refused or not he said your file is returned

You didn’t apply 2nd time. You made necessary corrections and resubmitted the application! I have same timeline and still waiting. Good news is definitely around the corner
