Wow.my lawyer told me almost all applications processed there are being approved.that all his career applying for h and c applicatiin he has got just one refusal from there.

A consultant also has applicant in Niagara he received AIP and then after medical and background check he received his landing interview within couple of weeks only

Its in the AIP Letter head. Once you get the AIP meaning thats the office handling and processing your application and will finalize it

But you have no way to know before you received the AIP letter. Once you have it, what difference does it make which office?

Printed application form from service ontario website filled the form and took the following with me;
1. Printed copy of my AIP letter.
2. Proof of address
3. My Ontario driver's license
My kids did not go with me I only completed their forms and took it along with me cos they were all below 15yrs
My wife went cos she had to take a photograph.
Please make sure the service Ontario you go to does the OHIP application cos not all does that.Check the website for confirmation.

When you received your GCMS Notes. I sent my request first week of August I didn't received yet

my lawyer told me today that toronto has the highest h and c refusal rate.that niagrafall has the highest approval rate.followed by Montreal and Vancouver .os the any9ne here who got approved from Toronto office?

Who is applying from Toronto also will influence who is getting approved.
