For H&C I think you should make a request for Humanitarian consideration jointly with your sponsorship application, in this way if your spouse is found inadmissible because of his failed refugee claim or something else, your sponsorship application will then be process by taking into account your H&C considerations and the well-being and best interest of your children.

I saw you are married since 2016, may I ask why you didn't applied for sponsor after marriage?
If they were sponsored themselves is there not a waiting period before they can do a sponsor application again after failed marriage? If so that might be reason why they waited.

How long you been married? You said your previous husband sponsored you get PR in 2013, then you divorced him o 2015. Then you remarried your current husband and 2 children with current husband already. And current husband had failed refugee claim. Now you are sponsoring him. Too many branches in a singe tree. I am trying to put all puzzles together. You mentioned about 5 yrs ban. What is the ban for? When did you meet your current husband and how long you dated before getting pregnant. I am not judging you but if I am a case officer, I would think your current husband's main goal to reach canada some way.

My officer e-mailed me twice but I don't know If it was her e-mail address or office standard e-mail, it was CIC-BRAM-BROM-Stage2@..... and so on kind of e-mail address.
But maybe why not a very polite e-mail to mention your worries about your medical expiring soon... Did you ever ask a GCMS notes?

Hi there. Yea, the email is like that. Im on a pay check to paycheck situation and paying another medical will jeopardize my budget. how do i ask for gcms notes? Do i have to pay for that?
I applied for H&C last year on january by my own on best interest of a child ground.
7month later, without any AOR, I got a call from CIC to update my file and we talk for about 30mns about my application and familly. I receive AIP (Approval in principle) 1 day later.

I am in a similar situation with my son. I am on social assistamce because i jave to care for him and my application is in process. No AIP as yet. I am concerned about being on welfare because i know it can affect tge decision. Will they inform you of when the decision will be made so.you can get off welfare? But i also assume that with AIP i can get a work permit and find a job before a decision is made. Do you also know what places hire perspns with open worl permits?

Application Received: Apr 7th 2017 (I handed in the application in person at BRO-V)
IP: Nov 8th 2017
ME Req (I requested exemption from medical inadmissibility so my ME is before AIP): July 17th 2018
ME Received & Passed: July 27th 2018.

if you select to get your notes into "privacy act" it free of charge but if you choose "Information act" is 5$ and it's for people outland.
You need to upload your current work permit to prove that you are inland and it take 30 days to receive.
