H&C - first stage approval

Hello everyone, I was a failed refugee claimant so I applied for h&c in november of 2022 and received an approval in May, 2023. I was wondering how long after first stage approval do you get your pr when you send all the required documents. thank you

What are your grounds for H&C and how long you been in Canada?
You applied online or paper?
Your approval letter is in Niagara Falls office?

It was Niagara & my grounds are settlement in canada. I’ve been here since November, 2017.

Usually after AIP they request for medical and sometimes PCC but it’s depends after sending all requirements you will receive decision on then COPR after that you apply for pr card

No interviews, I didn’t receive a response.
