Since you did not do Biometrics within 14 days of application, you are not eligible for a faster processing time. And current timeline suggests that it may take up to 40 weeks to process your application. So I think you do not need to worry. You will get an update soon.

Sure.. feel its still too early to bug the attorney ... looking around the forum, generally the GTS WP processing time in India seems to be around 60 days from the date of biometric..
Not sure why your application has got stuck..
Keep updating us if you get any update and share your experience of possible pitfalls that others can avoid..
Good Luck!

Don’t trust whatever is written in the cic web page about timeline. I know a lot of people who applied last year are still waiting. It’s all a mess now. My attorney sent multiple mails to the embassy, but he only received a generic mail quoting that the visa office cannot do anything right now due to massive amount of backlogs.

Hmm, yeah could be. My attorney told me it would take a couple of months to process the application as timelines are stretched due to a considerable backlog.
Sure, I don't know my current status as my company applied through the attorney. I am thinking of asking them for the status after a month. I will post here as soon as I receive any updates.
Did you submit Form 16 of FY 21-22? I did not submit it as I did not have it. I think my timeline is going to extend because of this.
Was requested only form 16. But because income is less than 2.5lakhs, employer does not file form 16. So sent an explanation letter, attached once again ITR and a letter from the employer confirming they don’t issue form 16. Also sent an affidavit confirming my work from a colleague.
GCkey showing is that “we are reviewing the additional documents you provided” dated May 31, 2022
