Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA) reference letter

I have a reference letter from my university in Canada indicating all the required information for a reference letter except number of hours per week I worked (it does say I was full time though), my responsibilities and duties, and that it is signed by a financial processing specialist. Would this letter be acceptable by CIC?

If you have experience with this, do universities in Canada give reference letters to GRAs indicating their duties and responsibilities?
