Graduate Certificate or Diploma???

Dear Seniors and well wishers, please help

1) I would like to ask that whats the difference between Graduate Certificate of (1 year) in Business Administration- Accounting and Diploma 2 years in Business Administration? and how will each help in doing Masters degree from university thereafter??

its because i can't afford Masters degree from universities right now.

2) And if i choose any of these so which province Alberta, Quebec, Ontario etc i should choose to study so that i can get the job, work permit and PR options towards settlement easily, if i want to at that time?

Actually i am an ACCA finalist, waiting for last papers result + BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (Awaiting Thesis Result only). I am about to do Master's from Ontario Universities and colleges but i can't now , b/c of huge fees, so i have decided to do graduate level certificate OR diploma in my field, but now under Ontario PNP now i'll not be able to apply so i will have only option of CEC in the future.
So would u plz recommend any PNP on which i will be eligible even after 1 year course e.g. Quebec, Saskatchewan etc. plz

1. Check the course content of both the courses, 2 years diploma will be more detailed. You can apply for Masters on 16 years of education.

Ok but y u said Alberta is preferable?? I mean isn't the same like all others?? As it also demand 2 years graduation/ certificate/ diploma n 6 month experience which mean i have to get PGWP after studies.....so its the same( or would u plz elaborate??
