I'm also looking for same thing. I'm thinking to go for 1 year course in Ontario but have same confusion whether it will help in fetching job and later apply for pr
It depends if you have good connections in Ontario and you can easily get a job with NOC 0, A, B then you should go with 1 year course in Ontario. But if you don’t have any connections getting a job in Ontario is not easy. Sometime is takes months and even years. I have seen people with masters unemployed or either working at Walmart. So in this case choosing a course which will entitle you longer work permit will be good choice.

1. Yes you can move anywhere you want .
2. It depends on when you apply for your spouse work permit( you can apply right after you get your study permit)and how much time it takes for the application to get approved. 3.Who can get a work permit as the spouse or common-law partner of a student?
Your spouse or common-law partner may be eligible for an open work permit if you:
have a valid study permit and
are a full-time student at one of these types of schools:
a public post-secondary school, such as a college or university, or CEGEP in Quebec
a private college-level school in Quebec
a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law (for example, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree)
How long is the open work permit valid for?
Your spouse or common-law partner’s work permit will be valid for the same period of time as your study permit.
