it seems impossible to reach here without the great help, which i got from this forum. thanks everbody.
So is it mean that application is ok now and whether they had completed background and security checks. and also whether interview is wave off, kindly comment
yeah swwtberry your hindi seems good, "baki j kasar rehndi hai te asi te hai he, jo marji sikh leyo, hindi, punjabi, marathi, bengali, assami"
Pasted below are two links which might help you understand the process better. From what I gather chances of an interview are most unlikely now since most of the review/verification regarding employment, education, PCC etc etc are done, thats when mostly people are called for interview or verfication over the phone is done. Having said that, they do call for an personal interview in case something comes up during security checks which they might want to dicuss before making a final decision but it would purely be based on any questions or doubts they have regarding security but again thats VERY UNLIKELY.

THanks for the information!
When I read this http://www.rsscanadaimmigration.com/en/policertif/policec_exp.php
"Most countries, with a few exceptions, issue police clearances. These clearances are sometimes referred to as “Certificates of Good Conduct” or Certificates of “No-Criminal Activity” and are usually valid for an average of 6 months. These certificates must be valid at the time of issuance of the Permanent Resident Visa. If the police certificates expire before the Permanent Resident Visa is issued, the applicant will be required to obtain a new set of clearances."
It is really confused about the certificate validity. It seems to be hard.
