Got Traffic Ticket under Highway traffic safety act 214(2) will it affect PR app

Hi everyone..

My file is in process and I got an traffic violation ticket yesterday under highway traffic safety act 214(2).

I made a u turn n officer said its not allowed from where I took the uturn.

Will it affect my PR file in any way ??

No. Only criminal charges do. A DUI would, street racing would, murder would but a speeding would not and a u-turn would not etc.

Traffic violations are not criminal charges and not an indictable offense unless very serious(such as DUI or fatal accident due to negligence/reckless driving etc.)
