Got Refusal under federal skilled category

I had applied I'm federal skilled category 2 years back , I have sent all the required documents, but got Refusal from embassy , stated that you are failed to prove your employment , I was very disappointed , that time I had not much money to approach the federal court, could some one help me , could I approach to the co
