Got refusal , expert please check this once

i had applied on 27 april online via agent
yesterday, i got refusal ...

in refusal letter they mention some points but in the other section which is marked x sign..

Other reasons:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

what is mean of this

It means what it says that the visa officer is not convinced of your reasons for both the course you have chosen or the reason for you to take such a course in Canada.

Anyone can apply as many times as they want to, just need to ensure they resolve any reasons for rejection else would be a waste of time.

what is mean of this

Please do apply for caips and 're apply . After getting caips you will get to know the exact reason . Write a strong sop and apply. You will get visa next time for sure.
