Hi!

I'm currently applying EE from the US. I just got my "Ready For Visa" email for my EE application, and it requested me to submit my passport within 30 days deadline. However, I have an aboard trip planned and I won't be able to return to the US before the deadline. Does anyone have experience with asking for an extension? I submitted a request through the Webform but haven't heard back yet. What should I do if I dont hear back after webform? What would happen if i missed the deadline by ~20days?
