hi everyone.. I just got a promoted from front desk clerk (6435) to front desk clerk supervisor (6216) and I just got the work permit for the supervisor last week. My questions are?
1. Which route can I go in terms of applying for permanent residency? Is it the AINP Skilled route, Canadian Experience or Federal?
2. I do not have any supervisory experience from the past, are there any requirements in terms of years of experience as a supervisor?
3. When is the earliest possible time that I can apply for either AINP, Canadian Experience or Federal?
I have actually read the AINP website but I was not able to get a clear answer on the above questions...
Thanks in advance for your help... PMM, BCguy, Leon, PLEASE HELP!!!

1. CEC 2 years experience in Canada in NOC A, B or O before you can apply. Processing time now is 14 months.
2. An offer from the employer to employ you full time after you receive PR, about 21 months.
3. ANIP 2 years experience and As a Manager/Supervisor Candidate in the service, retail and foodservice industries, you must also:
Be able to demonstrate completion of a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field of study (Commerce, Business Management, etc.)
Be able to show a minimum of two years of managerial/supervisory experience in a related industry or four years of work experience in a directly related industry. You must submit reference letters from employers showing that you have this previous related experience.
