I'm still eligible to enter Canada? as I have PR card but I got it when I was in India and I took help of my friend to get that card, I hope this doesn't cause any issue? if I'm still eligible then When I travel to Canada for first time with PR card what all the formalities do I need to follow through? FYI I got COPR when I was in Canada but due to some personal reason I travelled to India after few months from then I got the PR card.
no issue at all. You just need to travel with your valid passport and your PR card if you meet RO.
Assuming that you landed recently via eCOPR/portal, you should meet your RO still. (less than 3 year outside of Canada in the first 5 years after you landed)
At the time I received COPR/eCOPR I'm In Canada and with PR status I lived for 11months after that I travelled to India due to personal reasons but I haven't meet RO yet but got the PR card. can u pls tell me do I need to meet RO for that first time when I use the PR card? is it mandatory? can u pls shed some light on your statement "less than 3 year outside of Canada in the first 5 years after you landed"

You meet RO (including future days that you could stay in Canada) if you haven't been outside of Canada more than 3 years.
Because you could have come back now and live in Canada for 1year and 1 month and then meet RO (2 years)in the first 5 years.
