I got my nomination last week from AiNP for me and my wife. I have submitted our fingerprints to FBI for background check and also submitted our apps to PCC. Once we get those we will apply for PR to CIC.
Our baby is due in the first week of March, 2010. What should we do?
1) Contact Ainp now or after baby?
2) Contact CIC now itself?
3) Apply to CIC and contact later after baby is born?

If you get you nomination already and the expiration date of it is after the baby is born I'll wait and after you got your birth certificate of your baby I'll contact AINP and also send your application to CIC with baby on it.
