Got NO Passport Request!

I received the Original Passport Request without a medical request(due to an error in IRCC). I sent the passport to IRCC and it was returned without being stamped. Now, I received the new medical request and I submitted it. I got a med request on July 11 and completed on July 13, 2023, and received a new correspondence letter on July 17, 2023. I then raised the webform on July 23, so that I get the new original Passport request.
So, my query is since my application is already approved(July 17, 2023) and already sent a Webform to IRCC(been 26 days), do I need to wait or send a new webform to IRCC?
