I am from Chile. I applied for an Electronic Travel Authorization and I traveled to Toronto in October 2016. I got 6 months to stay. I applied to extend my stay for 6 months more in March. Last week I received an email saying that my application was approved and they will send me a letter. The thing is that I moved on May 31 and the letter arrived on June 1 to Toronto and now I am in Montreal
What can I do? Can I go to some office and ask for a copy of my letter? I don't know what to do.
