So, I got my student visa within 2 days with my background check completed and was ready to leave yesterday
When I was informed when boarding the plane plane by the airlines that visa issued a month ago with counter file stamped on the passport was canceled after a month
Please help
I have no ideas what happened
This happens when the visa is cancelled for misrepresentation. How did you apply for the visa? Did you go through an agent or do it yourself?
This is important since IRCC/CBSA sends a letter to the address on file (your address or your agent's, depending) which tells you what's going to happen.
Thanks for the response
Yes applied through agent and no while I was working more than 1 job at once, the companies were legit
Mentioned this in the SOP.
The message reads document invalid
Wait, you applied for a study permit, so what does your working for a legit company have to do with anything?
You need to give us all the details of your situation. Otherwise, this doesn't make sense.
Meanwhile, contact your agent and ask them to give you the letter the IRCC sent them.

Study permit yes and in the SOP mentioned about my work experience oh and also simultaneously I had applied for PR
Would that be the problem

I got no letter
Passport was stamped with counter foil
And only after a month they canceled with the only message being shown as document invalid

I have no idea. You need to write down a proper timeline of all your actions so that we can understand what's going on. You started by saying your visa was cancelled, then you said your work experience was all legit (why would we assume otherwise), and now you're saying you also applied for PR.
It's starting to feel like studying wasn't your primary reason for coming to Canada.

Your agent will have received the letter.
The stamping of the passport doesn't mean anything really. It just allows you to travel to Canada and ask to be admitted. The CBSA officer can send you back from the border as well - in your case, they saved you the cost of flying there and back by cancelling it well before you left.
You can order your GCMS notes as well. This will give you more details on what happened. Just google "Order GCMS" and choose one of the many companies that provide this service. It should not cost more than $10-30. It takes a few weeks to get the notes though.

Okay here goes
I had applied for PR with my points coming to 427
Decided to pursue my masters in canada as it is cost effective and would also push my CRS score
K, then applied for study permit and in the SOP mentioned all the companies I had worked for, was working for more than one company at once and hence it was a bit complicated but managed to write all of it down with all legit papers
Then got my study visa with the background check all done and papers verifies
Got the visa with in 2 days
Submitted my passport

Ok, then in that case order your GCMS notes. That will give you the best indication of what happened.
And secondly, get the letter from your agent.

How do I order the notes and did not receive any letter
How do I order the notes and did not receive any letter
Only letter I got tells that study permit has been issued and visa approved
If I understand you correctly, you have entered the Express Entry pool with a score of 427, but you haven't actually been invited to apply. In that case, your being in the Express Entry pool has nothing to do with your study permit.
CBSA/IRCC doesn't just cancel a visa without sending a letter notifying the applicant. They are legally required to notify you. It will have been sent to your agent. Have you asked him? Are you sure he isn't lying/mistaken when he says he didn't get one?

Here what I think happened - Either you, or your agent sent a document that may be real but looks fake, or maybe is fake and CBSA caught it and cancelled your visa. The GCMS notes will tell you
What school did you apply to? What course?

Okay but after a month, and no had there been a letter my agent would have notified me
But I’ll still check regardless
And no the only work experience I uploaded was from amazon and google with all my study documents too being right from uni
Only additional info was from part time exp I worked from companies
My Sem starts next month and I got the visa last month in advance
Will check though
