Lost Passport - Finding problem to get the VISA Stamped on the new Passport

Hi,

I am an international student studying in Toronto. I had my Indian passport stolen along with my student permit.Thus I had to apply for a new one.I recently got my new passport. Now I need to get the Student VISA re-stamped on my new passport.I have found the information/process to re-issue student permit on the cic website. But I am not finding the information regarding stamping of VISA on my new passport. Please help !!

Also , Can I simultaneously apply for both Student Permit and Student VISA. I am planning to travel to India in the first week of December and I have only a month left for this work .... Will really appreciate your help !!
