Got Msg today 'You are not eligible for Express Entry' - need help

I have checked six factors and I had eligible status. I mentioned more than required funds as well. But I became ineligible suddenly for no apparent reason. I got a message in 'My CIC' to register in job bank and sent me same code that im registered with already. so it is not possible to re-register. and the next day that message was deleted from 'My CIC' and my status remains the same 'ineligible'.
I have tried all possible ways through but no success.
The only option seems open to me is to create a new EE profile.
ANy suggestion????

no idea wht went wrong... looks like its best to recreate EE profile only
