Please suggest something for my situation:
I am working in canada with closed wp, Brought spouse on TRV and applied Open work permit. Now spouse got job offer in canada. My closed work permit is going to expire soon and my company wants me to take back to native country.
Is there any possibility to apply open work permit with the help of my spouse job offer for me. If such option exists, can resign the company and try other jobs.So Please suggest any alternatives available to me to extend my stay in canada.

Your spouse's employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA and then your spouse must apply for a closed work permit. If your spouse can switch to a closed work permit - you can then apply for an open work permit.
Note that the LMIA process can often taek 4-6 months to complete.
An alternative would be for you to find a new job in Canada. Your new employer would need to give you a job offer and also obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a new closed work permit.
