Weighing the information on hand in this specific case, the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bona fide temporary resident who will leave canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused.

My personal advice to you is -
Vo has a concern about your funds and academics.
• Try to include more financial proofs
• Go for a course which shows logical progression in your studies.
• Make a strong sop considering each n every fact given by vo.

Brother, My friend got visa evenif he had already done Master in India. He got admission in PG DIPLOMA after Master and got visa and he is canada since last 3 years...I don't know how they evaluate different cases

Bro my 6 to 7 classmates from mca got visa in diploma and one of my classmate got visa for same course and same college in which i am applying.only i am the unluckiest one

Yes you can get visa for this course.
it again depends on yourself how u convince the vo about the course.
Make a strong sop which states your future goals nd try to define that how this course will help u to achieve that goals.
Give a solid reason to vo that why you are going for this course.
