Thanks everyone can you tell me one thing after making decision by VO that PI given PSDEC 1 And SECDEC 4 does visa office change his mind to refuse application how many percent chances for this plz help me and does anyone have such an experience.

Does visa officer change his mid and refuse application after giving this sign that PSDEC 1 and SECDEC 4?


My online status was changed to in process in June 2010 and in July VO send me letter that I am not satisfied with you ielts score.

VO comments

Lang: indicates basic / moderate proficiency in English. no French ielts cert provided & verified online 6 pts. note pa has provided 2 ielts certs & total pts obtained are the same for each & the Proficiency indicated by pa himself on sched 3 is reflected in the 12 dec 09 cert.

what is SCHED 3 ?

after that I send him new ielts score but I just improve half before was L 5.0 R 5.0 W 4.5 S 6.0 5 overall
New result has been sent L 5 R 4.5 W 5.5 S 6 Overall band 5.5

Ielts full detail has appeared on caips

Do you think that he got satisfied?

The question in does visa office change his decision like when he gives PSDEC 1 and SELDEC 4?

What do you think when visa officer send MEDICALS ?

Also this is my second time for caips notes requested.
In first caips there was written IMM 1017S REQUESTED 18-02-2010

But is New CAIPS I found that new date has be written IMM 1017S REQUESTED 16-08-2010 what does its mean's by changing date for medical?

Still I did not received any medicals also I did not provided PCC for Saudi Arabia I just provided them PCC for Pakistan.

Please help me

I am also 4131 and i did not take IELTS. I wrote a written explanation.

Now i have got my Caip results and my code for language is 1 and also these comments in my Caip Notes .

"Study or work abroad I? Yes, .
Working in an international environment or a french or English is the
working language? Yes"

From the above statement does it mean my language is good to go?

Dear no negitive impact on case.

caipsnotes is the different department and any time you can order caips notes their is no limit.

I got my Caip Notes result on the 13th of January, and on the Caips notes my BF'D File to PS date was the 22nd of January 2011, whichmeans there was some work done on my file,

My question is after how many months can i order next Caips to know what they did on my file on the 22nd January 2011?

Please advise me.

I think you should be ok. For my Caip Notes, age is 10 and all other fields are zero. My BF'D was 22.1.2011. Still i have not heard anything from them.

The processing time t hey gave me on my 2nd AOR is end of this February and they said if i do not hear from them i should contact their office directly.

My application is in Abidjan visa office and their visa officer is temporary suspended because of the political problems and on their website site they have re-directed mails and case specific inquiries to Dakar Visa office. Does it mean my file has been transferred to Dakar visa office?

Should i also contact them at the end of the time they gave me on my AOR which was 18th months?

So confused.

Please help.

My total points are 10, which means i have not been assessed yet. Maybe it was done during my BF'D date, but i am still waiting to order next caips Notes if i do not hear from them.

i received caips notes today, but my BFD is 4 months back to the past, dated october 2010.
Shouldn't it be future date?
please,advice, or share experience.

And perhaps something might have been updated or a new bfd maybe
Wait sometime or snd cse spcfc inqry
By the way whn did u ordered ur caipsnotes
I ordered thm 23 dec nd still waiting
