University of Ottawa is much better than University of Calgary. But you would need to understand where you will have better prospects for job? Accept this offer as of now and start your visa processing. Once you come to Canada, change your university. But again, University of Calgary has no good reputation in Alberta.

Mam can you please tell me how much time does university of ottawa take to send an offer letter ?

They will accept the students for jan intake first they are very slow i tell you ! The processing will start near by june or july approximately!
I applied for jan intake and got results on 19 oct ! This is all i know
