Got accepted from Pool but Previous Emplyoment won't confirm the my role

Hey there

I was looking for some advice on how to proceed. I have been selected from the pool and was getting my documents together when my previous employer said they wouldn't right in the letter as 6314 Customer and Information service supervisors but instead are writing 6552 Other customer and information service representatives.

I was wondering should I decline invitation and delete my pool application and start over with the correct details or is there an alternative I could do for this? Will super appreciate any help and will try my best to answer any questions I know the answer to on this forum.

Thanks for getting back to me! I think I asked my quesitons poorly. its a previous employer and they said they won't change. Can I still change the NOC once I have been taken out of the pool and if so how? If I do decline invitation and withdraw it and change it is there a chance they pull me up for misrepresentation? Thanks!

You can still make the change Post-ITA as long as it does not affect your CRS or FSW eligibility.

Do you know if I have to change it at the Work history in the application only? or is there somewhere else to change it? Thanks!

If your employer will only write 6552, which is skill level C, then you should probably just drop the experience, since it will not count.
