What is this for? Visitor, Study Work? Did you provide evidence of family ties? Where have you travelled to? You need to give us more information

This is for Canada visitor visa
And I don’t know how to show family tie and also I was in London 8 years on student ..

Where are you from? You have to write an SOP showing ties to your home country, like family, bank, etc. To get the full reason why you were rejected apply for CAIPS notes. But if you didn't include an SOP, that is a big reason why you were rejected. Again, what countries have you traveled to? Are you legally in London? Why are you applying for a visitor visa? You have to convince the CIC that you will go back to your home country after your visit.

I’m return from London in last March 2017
And I’m legally stay in London and also me never had any refusal in uk visa ..now I’m in Surat (Gujarat India)
