finally SVO has started issuing MR for MI1
It is indeed a splendid news,
Few april 2010 applicant (2nd AOR oct 2010)made a CSE and got amazing reply that his MR has been issued on 9th october 12.
fingers crossed, lets see when they receive the registered mail.

Medical forms for you and your wife are sent to you by registered mail today. Please comply in 60 days.

Are you sure employment verification will start after sending MR? You mean they may call the employer at this stage?

although they can go for verification at any stage but after sending MR
it is very unlikely unless they find something new in the file

Im a pre feb applicant, my eldest child will be 22 in december, she is included in the application presently. My question is we are still waiting to recieve medicals, will she be denied residency based on the fact that she passed the age of 22 before the file is complete.

Im a pre feb applicant, my eldest child will be 22 in december, she is included in the application presently. My question is we are still waiting to recieve medicals, will she be denied residency based on the fact that she passed the age of 22 before the file is complete.

She is still eligible because her age is locked as on date of application received by CIC. Moreover if she is a regular student and still dependent on you she is eligible provided she is not married.

I advise you to get the CAIPS notes at the earliest and look at the eligibility of your daughter although "sandhu" is right but some times decisions of CIC are not logical

There is very low chance that all the MI1 applicants will get MR by Dec but of course most of us will be receiving it in New Yr.
At-least before MI4 reveals, we all will get it.
