I landed as PR a couple of years ago, then came back to my home country. Now I am planning to shift permanently. I didn't establish any relationship with any Canadian province except bank account. I want to know about declaration of goods during my next landing. Can I declare all my goods I am bring during this trip (worth > 800 CAD) without worrying for taxes? Will I be considered as a new immigrant and allowed to declare goods as it is a norm during first landing?
