Declaration during short landing in Canada

Hi,

I received my PR Visa and will be making a short landing for 20 days in July. I will be returning back to my job in UAE and will be coming back to stay permanently later.

Want to know the declaration process of funds, goods etc when I make the short landing. Will I have to do it during the short landing or do I have time till I come back permanently, as I am not planning to bring any goods or funds when I come in July?
