Hi,
My niece wants to go to Canada for study purpose so that she can get PR after 2 years, as told to her by Study Visa Consultants.
Kindly advise how good will it be for her to go alone for study in some recognised colleges in Canada.
Kindly also give names of some recognised colleges in Canada.
I would appreciate your comments on the above.
Hi seniors - qorax, rocky, accounts, doglover, explorer,
Plz reply.
Thanks.
The info provided by the study consultants is not correct.
Assuming she has no prior work experience in a Skilled Occupation, she could come as a student, but she would have to earn a degree (after a minimum of 2 years of study), and then work for a year in a skilled occupation, to qualify as a PR. (no consultants are needed).

Check with the Canadian High Commission in your area for information on studying in Canada.
