Hey Hopefully some seniors can shed some light on my situation. I'm going back to school in September and I've applied for CEC earlier this year. I was hoping to have everything done by September this year so that i can pay domestic fees instead of international fees but I really don't think thats going to happen. My question is since my tuition is due in a week and school starts Sep 3rd is there a way that i would refunded the difference between international tuition and domestic tuition if i got approved for CEC lets say mid sept of in Oct?
I was researching that and many major universities do offer resident fees for people with aor's. if you google fee. If you google fees for students found to be eligible for pr or something similar you will see that many schools do count as residents, but its up to each school.
