GNDU (Guru Nanak Dev University) ECA WES query

This wait is soo frustrating.... i have tried calling them, messaging them on fb, tweeted them.... but no use....
Its stuck!!!!

I am assuming your docs reached to WES? and the status hasn't changed since then?

Yeah my documents are under review... my husband’s docs reached same day and his status got changed to “we are reviewing your evaluation report”....

Ok.. so the next step would be, WES will send an email back to GNDU to verify your documents. Keep an eye on the status and when it changes to "On Hold", call GNDU and ask them to reply to WES's email. They will probably ask you WES reference number as well as transcript application id that you submitted to the GNDU.
I called them day before yesterday and they replied to WES. Now my status has been updated to "In Progress".

Can you share GNDU’s number where you called and what time did you call them?

Not sure, but they connect to the right department. I advise to call them immediately because they will take ages to reply to WES's email.

I am filling GNDU e-transcript form for WES. There is one section in which need to fill detail of "Academic DMCs Detail" as column "Class Name (As Per DMC/Degree)". What is this ? Need to fill student name or degree name like BCA or BTech etc ?

Class Name like, BCA - I , BCA - II and so on.

During Filling WES Academic Records Request Form to submit GNDU e-transcript, There is column Institute Name, Which Institute name need to fill there, either university name or College Name where I finished my degree.
I filled University name in WES website panel but now what name need to fill as GNDU verification. Because GNDU may be mark worse case if I ll fill wrong institute name either University name or College Name.

Just write like this -- DAV College (GNDU).
It is sufficient and WES doesn't care much about the Academic form. They have given us a way to get the transcripts from university.

Whether we need to fill detail within "For Authorized Officials" Tabs for ready reference or this information will be filled by GNDU Officials as well ?
