If that's the case I think the marriage certificate with the appropriate translation is all you need.
I think proof are only needed when is common law union, however each case is different so you might want to hear to what others have to say also.

Can you please advise for the medicals that I need to undergo after receiving positive GTS LMIA.
Can you advise if this can be done on the same day with biometrics.
Hey @Believer16m I had my biometrics upfront before even getting the LMIA.
Not sure if it would be the same for you in your region, you'd probably need to check with someone going thru the same process in your region or with a consultant.
Also if you need biometrics you'll need a letter that IRCC will send to you after you submit your WP application, and you'd probably need to schedule an appointment to collect them.
I received my LMIA approval on November 1, 2021. It was filed on October 26, 2021. That was quick. They are about to file for work permit now. My prospective employer is telling me to resign from present company in India due to 2 months notice. They are telling to remotely join from India (they would give me Indian offer) if I dont want discontinuity in my job. They don't have a team in India but have an office in India, so they can pay me from here. Don't know what to do.
Also I gave my upfront medical 1 month back, but neither panel physician recommended any more test and neither I have any communication from IRCC.

Hi, I think it’s too fast for you. My LMIA got approved in 8 weeks, 4th Nov.
Medical exam will be reviewed by IRCC once your work permit application is submitted.
My employer told that even work permit will be processed in 6-8 weeks. After that 1-2 week for visa stamp. Hope this input can help you

I have applied for WP under GTS with upfront biometrics (from visitor visa) and upfront medical. how much time it will take to process application? I haven't received AOR. was I even supposed to receive one?
