In how much time they pick up the call nd please tell me when do i call them

Call them around 4pm if you calling from India. Waiting time can be between 10 min to 30 min or can be longer...use rebtel application for less charges...

That’s good. It took 12 business days
You paid on 7th right? and your swift copy says 7th too

I paid on 7th. Swift copy says 7th. It took a good 12 business days (20 days total)

Received swift copy from bank on 12th april. Mailed at newaccoountsonline@scotiabank.com on 22 april. They asked me to wait as it takes upto 10 business days. Mailed them again today morning, received response in the evening that funds received and information is being verified. And finally received GIC certificate an hour later.

It took 11 Business Days to get my certificate today. I got my swift copy dated 12th April.

Send them a mail through your secure account attaching the Swift copy, marking Urgent. Or call them. You should get it tonight or latest Monday.

You would have received a mail in your secure account regarding GIC account number and instructions. Reply to that mail.
